Can You Batch-Transcribe Multiple Instagram Reels at Once?

No. XAPN currently handles one public Instagram Reel link per run and displays one transcript. Paste one Reel URL, wait for the result, save it, then replace the URL for the next Reel. Do not paste a comma-separated list: a URL-pattern check may misleadingly accept text that starts with a Reel URL, but that does not make the site a batch transcription tool.

Transcribe one Reel
XAPN's checked path takes one Reel URL through one audio request and one browser transcript result; several links are not a batch queue.
Save each result before starting the next run; this page has no batch queue.

What we checked on the live site

On October 13, 2026 (Los Angeles time), we fetched XAPN's public homepage and inspected its served controls and script. The form exposes one type="url" input and one Get transcript button. Clicking it sends {url: input.value.trim()} to /audio, decodes that response, and places one recognition result into the page's result element. Starting another run first clears that element. We found no URL list, add-another control, progress table, batch archive, or loop over multiple links in this checked flow.

We also inspected the current server route. It reads one url value, invokes media retrieval with --no-playlist, and returns one audio file from that request directory. The browser then assigns out.text.trim() to one result area. The Copy and Download .txt controls read that current result; they do not accumulate earlier transcripts. This is an implementation check of this site, not a test of another vendor's batch feature.

One extra live check exposed a trap: we sent a synthetic comma-separated string beginning with https://www.instagram.com/reel/example/ to GET /api/agent. It returned valid_public_reel_url: true, because the validator matches the beginning of the string. The links were placeholders; we did not submit them for media retrieval or speech recognition. That true value is a path-shape signal, not proof that the whole string is one usable URL or that multiple Reels can be processed together.

Test boundary: live page and server-path inspection, plus one synthetic validator request. We did not run a multi-Reel transcription, measure throughput, test quotas, or compare paid batch services. The checked workflow is single-item even though its validator can accept a misleading compound shape.

A workable multi-Reel routine today

  1. Keep your authorized Reel links in your own list, one per line, outside the tool. Open the transcript page and paste only the first individual Reel URL.
  2. Wait until Done. and actual words appear. Review them against the audio, then use Download .txt or Copy. Name the saved file so you can associate it with the correct Reel.
  3. Only after saving, replace the input with the next URL. A new run clears the previous on-screen result, as described in the result-persistence guide.

If processing many links without repeated manual steps is essential, choose a tool that explicitly documents batch import and per-item exports. Confirm its accepted platforms, limits, and actual output before paying for it. XAPN's platform-link check addresses a separate boundary: this site also does not accept YouTube or TikTok links.

Questions

Does a successful URL-pattern check mean batch mode works? No. It checks the beginning of the supplied value; it does not create a queue or prove audio retrieval.

Can I get several TXT files from one click? Not through this page. It offers one current transcript and one download action at a time.

This site processes one input rather than a queued list. You can still convert a Reel to text, save its result, and then replace the URL. Choose a true batch tool when filenames and many links must stay paired automatically.
